Hinged Baffle Grease Filters

These hinged baffle filters are made entirely of stainless steel, with all-welded construction for strength and ruggedness. Specially designed baffles interlock when the filter is closed to extract grease more efficiently from the air stream. Clogging due to baked-on grease will not be an issue, because the hinged design allows full access to all surfaces, inside and out, so thorough cleaning is easy: simply run the filter through the dishwasher or pot sink.
