Custom Made Products
Wire Shelves
Custom made wire shelves are available in standard (frame and support bar: 5/16" diameter wire, crosswires, 1/8" diameter wire on 3/4" spacing) and heavy duty (frame and
support bar: 3/8" diameter wire, crosswires: 3/16" diameter wire on 3/4" spacing) models. Available with zinc, nickel, and chrome plating; plastic coating; white, green, and
silver epoxy coating; and in stainless steel. Available options: Cutouts, 1/2" ball feet, extra support bar, 1" or 1/2" crosswire spacing, bridge, backstop, lip, and extension.
Hood Filters
Hood filters are available in 1-3/4" baffle, and 1-3/4" and 7/8" mesh styles. They are available in galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel (baffle style only).
Available options: locking handles, and drop handles for mesh filters (all baffle filters include drop handles).
Gasket Frames
Custom made gasket frames are available in screw-in magnetic, snap-in magnetic, and screw-in compression styles. These frames are available in 3 or 4 sided styles. When
ordering screw-in style frames, the dimensions should be measured edge to edge. When ordering snap-in style frames, the dimensions should be measured dart to dart.
Cutting Boards
Custom made cutting boards are made of polyethylene material which can withstand temperatures up to 165°F. They are available in white and tan, in 1/2", 3/4", and 1"
thicknesses, and a maximum size of 48-15/16" x 97". Available options: cut outs and drilled holes.
