Paying for an Order
You may prepay your orders by wire transfer, check by mail or charge them to VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Open accounts may be arranged by submitting an
FMP credit application which can be obtained by contacting us. Transactions will be conducted using USD.

Order Shipment
If your order is being shipped to a US forwarder, we primarily use UPS for small shipments. Large shipments are sent by a carrier whose rates are most favorable to you.
Air and ocean freight shipments can be sent directly to you. Our international sales associates will provide you with any details.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with an item for any reason, simply contact us. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and you can return the
item for credit. In some cases, non-stock items will be subject to a restocking charge or may not be returnable. Custom made items are not returnable.
We stand behind the warranties of our suppliers and will repair or replace any defective merchandise in accordance with their warranty. Occasionally, we will ask you to
return the product directly to the manufacturer which will allow us to expedite the process (many American manufacturers do not extend their warranties outside the U.S.). No
claims can be made for labor or shipping costs unless they are specified in the manufacturer's warranty.
Please remember, all returns are subject to our thorough inspection. In order to receive credit, the returned item must be in complete, new, and resalable condition unless
the product is determined to be defective.

Shortages
Although we try our best to ensure the accuracy of your order, discrepancies can occur. Be sure to check all packages upon receipt. If you have any questions, please
contact us.

Damage
We package all orders with the same care and attention you would if you were packaging it yourself. Unfortunately, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged upon
receipt, contact us immediately so we can assist in your claim and ship your replacement. It is very important that you save your carton exactly as it was received for claims
inspection.

All of our orders are ex-warehouse. Freight quote will be included if requested or customer may choose to pick up goods themselves. For FOB shipments, a delivery service
of your choice may be used and shipped within 48 hours after reception of order.

We will even give you your invoice number. A $25 minimum order is required (within the United States).
